Online Enrolments
To enrol for an Erasmus and/or International exchange, students must fill in the online application form, available at link

During the year it is possible to enroll in two separate periods:
Beginning of May – mid June, for the first semester or the whole academic year
Mid November – mid January for the second semester

Students must be nominated by their own university, this is a mandatory step. Twice a year the Studesk will provide their university partners with the updated enrolment procedures and informnation about deadlines and so on.

After filling in the form, students must have it signed and stamped at the Erasmus/International Exchange Office and send the paper version of the form to the full address of Studesk 6. We advise you to include a copy of Identity Card or Passport you used for enrolment. Your passport is the only document valid for Non-European students.

During the weeks following enrolment students will be able to check the status of their application through the online system.

The Studesk will subsequently inform students that they have been accepted for the Erasmus or Internation Exchange.

Lodgings
As far as lodgings are concerned, students must refer to the Residential Services Area of the Politecnico di Milan website. The link to find detailed information and book a room is www.residenze.polimi.it
