Students Defender
The University has set up the office of the Students’ Defender.
May apply to the Defender all those who complain do not respect the University regulations and the charter of rights and duties of students.
The Defender:
• intervenes following a non-anonymous complaint
• carries out appropriate investigation trying to settle the matter and, if not possible, informs, according to the type of problem:
- The President of the CCS
- The Dean of the School
- The Chairman of the Joint Commission
- Rector
- Representatives of the students in the Academic Senate
• protect the student guaranteeing it from any retaliation
• informs the complainant and the student representatives the outcome of the investigation
The contact with the defender may take place:
• presenting the office
• by post in a letter not anonymous
• not-anonymous e-mail
• by phone
