What is trouble ticket and why should it be used

Trouble ticket is a signaling request for a problem that can be sent by every student, by clicking on one of the listed types, without time restrictions.The service is in fact active 24 hours daily (the resolutions of the problems are provided during office hours). The answers are notified by email to the institutional e-mail.The closed tickets, or the ones in procedure, can be found in the “My requests”, accessed from the personal page of on-line services.

EXAMS
Exam registration, verbalization, scheduling, previous exams.

CONCLUSION OF THE STUDIES – BACHELOR DEGREE AND MASTER DEGREE EXAMINATION
Mode of presentation and discussion of the thesis, inscriptions, failure to display the registered thesis supervisor, non-registered votes / PEL or PET.


VALIDATION / TRANSFER / CHANGING DEGREE PROGRAMME – BACHELOR DEGREE
Deadlines for submitting transfer and transition request, acceptance of assessment, lack of validation of a teaching.
