Call for projects to be displayed in the exhibition Design to feed the world held at Fabbrica del Vapore from 6th to 30th June, 2015.
The deadline of the call is February 15, 2015.
The exhibition is organized by Cumulus International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media, Design School of Politecnico di Milano and Sapienza University of Rome.

The topics for the projects are the same selected for the Thematic Routes of EXPO Milano 2015
(see website http://www.expo2015.org/en/learn-more/the-theme/thematic-routes).
1. History of humankind. History of food.
2. Abundance of food. A paradox of contemporary time.
3. The future of food
4. Sustainable food=equitable world
5. Taste is knowledge
The exhibition will be displayed through three formats (choose one):
a. Mockup, scale model and prototype (maximum size 50x50x50cm)
b. Video (maximum 2 min, .mp4 or .avi)
c. Poster (see the OverallCaptionDFW.pdf).
For the first selection (deadline February 15, 2015) an overall caption describing the project is required.
The selected projects in the form of Mockup, scale model and prototype, Video or Poster in high resolution, should be shipped subsequently.
Delivery mode will be announced later on to the selected authors.

- download the format of the overall caption (http://cumulusmilan2015.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/DfW_Overall_Caption_04.pdf) and develop a synthesis of your project (whatever typology between the three reported above) following the given format.
- send the overall caption, with the application form and all the documents requested, within February 15, 2015 to cumulusexhib2015@polimi.it specifying as email object “name surname POLI”
Each University and School member of Cumulus International Association can submit a maximum of 10 projects at the first selection.
Our 10 projects will be selected by an internal committee.
