The competition has been launched by the Lillehammer 2016 Youth Olympic Games organisers and is calling all young people to get active in the games in a creative way by giving them the opportunity to design the mascot for the next winter Youth Olympics. As you know the mascot is the face of the Games, the winning design therefore carries a great deal of prestige.
