“Practicing Collaboration in Research”
This intensive course, based on a one-week Monday-to-Friday sequence of lectures, briefly examines collaborative research cases, explores definitions, reflects on theoretical limitations to mapping the idea of research collaboration, describes benefits and problems of research interplay and border crossing, identifies variables that may characterize collaborative research practice in planning disciplines.
To articolate answers to these issues an international small panel of distinguished scholars – belonging to different areas of planning disciplines -has been asked to argue about the idea of research collaboration both as a category of design thinking and research practice.
